First of all, our product packaging is: sealed plastic bag + plastic packaging bucket + cardboard box. Unopened products can be stored directly in the warehouse.

If a container is opened but not completely used, it should be sealed immediately. Before using it again, check if the powder's flowability is normal. If the powder has become damp and clumps, it cannot be used directly. Damp powder will cause uneven powder delivery, resulting in inconsistent powder feeding and affecting the coating's bonding strength.

At this point, the damp powder can be placed in a clean stainless steel tray and slowly dried in a non-vacuum oven at around 110-120 degrees Celsius. Once dried, the powder can be used normally.

Microwave heating of metal powder is prohibited.

Another concern is whether the oxygen content of the powder increases after it becomes damp.

The oxygen content of our powder is below 300 ppm.

When the powder becomes damp, it absorbs surface free water. Low-temperature drying at 100℃ only evaporates the moisture and will not trigger deep oxidation of the metal powder. Short-term, slight dampness results in a very low increase in oxygen content, and it has no impact on normal spraying conditions.
